Terms and Conditions


  • The quotation and concepts featured in this document are the property of Protravel. If used in any form without payment as detailed or without Protravel’s prior consent, then full payment will be due on immediate terms based on volume per item.
  • Images used are for illustration purposes only.
  • All prices include our dedicated Prize Winner Liaison and Management Service.
  • Prices cover dates to the end October 2017 but are subject to change until confirmation of order.
  • As this is a date specific event cost and availability is subject to change until we have received payment and are in a position to book.
  • All dates subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Protravel accept no responsibility for hotels / packages / activities / airlines etc. being withdrawn or amended.  In the event of this, Protravel will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative of equal standard.
  • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, cannot be redeemed as cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
  • In the event of cancellation the prizewinner or any other travellers will not be entitled to claim any refund or replacement prize.
  • Bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of Protravel’s suppliers, a copy of these is available to the winner upon request.
  • Winners are responsible for their own visas, passports and meeting entry requirements.
  • Minimum age is 18 years.
  • All prices are subject to VAT.
  • All bookings must be made at least 4 weeks (28 days) in advance of travelling.
  • Comprehensive travel insurance is included in the prize but will exclude any pre-existing or ongoing medical conditions. Travel insurance covers travellers up to and including the age of 79 only.
  • Any amendments made by the prizewinner after the booking is confirmed will be subject to administration charges. Some amendments may not be possible.
  • Transport between home and the airport OR destination is the responsibility of the prizewinner.
  • Bookings must be made through Protravel, P&MM Ltd, Avalon House, Breckland, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, MK14 6LD (ABTA number: G0642)
  • Height, weight, age and/or health restrictions may apply to some activities.
  • Some activities are seasonal or may only operate on certain dates; in the event of activities not being available a suitable alternative will be offered.
  • Some prize options and/or destinations may be subject to either a departure tax, arrival tax, city tax or security deposit.
  • All other costs and expenses in taking up the prize not set out in the stated prize description will be at the winners expense, these include but are not limited to transfers to the UK airport, meals, drinks, visas and gratuities.
  • Should you wish to add additionals to your prize (ie extra nights, additional passengers) then you may do so at an extra cost. Protravel will advise this cost prior to booking; Protravel will not enter into any discussions about cost comparison or rates sourced elsewhere.
  • It is the winners responsibility to advise Protravel of any circumstances that may prevent them from participating in any element of the prize, including but not limited to dietary requirements, medical conditions or personal circumstance.
  • Meals may have a specified maximum spend attached to them, winners will be notified of this prior to travel.
  • Spending money and travel allowance are a total cost and will be sent to the winner by BACS approximately 7 days before.
  • Personal shopping experience is for the winner only and is subject to availability, an allocated time and date will be agreed with the winner.
  • All prizes will be subject to further specific prizewinner terms and conditions that will be sent to the winner in their congratulations pack.
  • Please note that Protravel is not responsible for seeking permission for the use of any brand / celebrity / hotel name or high profile sporting, fashion, entertainment and music events prizes which we may suggest as concepts. The responsibility lies with our clients to appreciate that sponsors may already be in place for such events and that they may not be able to directly “pass off” their brand alongside another for promotional purposes or use such events as prizes for promotions in the public domain. In this instance Protravel may be able to offer advice but suggest that you consult your legal department over any potential conflict of brand interests.
