The closing date for submitting your Photo Entry is midday on Monday 22 May 2017 (“the Closing Date”).

There is 1 (one) prize which is the publication of your Photo Entry in a copy of Heat Magazine released in June 2017 (exact date to be advised) (“the Prize”).

On the Closing Date a panel of judges who work for the Lifetime® Channel will review the Photo Entries and select 1 (one) that will be eligible to win the Prize.

The judges will assess the Photo Entries and select their favourite photo inspired by the “Real Housewives of Beverley Hills” lifestyle and the quality of the actual photograph to ensure that it can be published in a national magazine.

The decision of who is selected to be the Winner by the judges is final, and no correspondence or discussion concerning any of the selections will be entered into.

Given the extremely tight turnaround between selection and when we are required to send the Winning Photo Entry to Heat magazine, some senders of Photo Entries may be contacted prior to the Closing Date and we will be asking them to verify their eligibility to enter the Competition and also provide proof that the other adults in the Photo Entry want to enter the Competition and win the Prize.

The Winner will be contacted within 24 hours of the Closing Date via the email address/ Twitter account provided on their Photo Entry and, if they haven’t already done so they will be required to prove their identity and eligibility to enter the Competition and written approvals from the other adults before we can confirm that the Prize will be allocated to them.

  1. you are selected as a Winner but after entering the Competition subsequently delete your email account/ twitter account, we will not be able to contact you to award you the Prize and another winner may be selected.

Given the extremely tight turnaround between selection and when we are required to send the Winning Photo Entry to Heat magazine, the Winner will only have 12 hours from the time of the winner notification email to claim the Prize.

If a Winner does not respond and provide proof of their eligibility and consents from the others featured in the Photo Entry within 24 hours they forfeit the Prize and an alternative winner may be selected (“Alternative Winners”).

Alternative Winners may have a shorter time period to respond with their proof of eligibility and this will be stated in our request for proof of eligibility email.

Eligibility to win the Prize is subject to you and your Entry’s compliance with these Terms & Conditions. If you are a Winner and we subsequently discover that you have breached these Terms & Conditions (such breach to include but not be limited to you providing inaccurate personal information) you will be disqualified from receiving the Prize.

Our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into.

Lost or Damaged Entries.

If we do not receive a Photo Entry from you then we cannot enter you, regardless of whether you sent an email to us. Also, if we receive a Photo Entry from you that is illegible or incomplete or otherwise deficient we will not be able to enter you. We will not accept proof that an email was sent as proof that we received it.
